A water abstraction licensing is required to permit the removal of water from the natural environment by mechanical means, pipe or any engineering structure or works. This applies to water that is removed or diverted permanently or temporarily or for the purpose of transferring another part of the natural environment.

Provision and submission of final detailed drawings to the Planning Service. Preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement Consultation with the N.I. Environment Agency, Planners and other Stakeholders
